Oasis de l'Île spa, an island of relaxation in an environment with unique vegetation that will reconnect you with real nature in an urban refuge near the various centers, the art of relaxation, reconcile with the true senses of live in nature.
THE EXPERIENCE, A team of attentive and experienced therapists, the quality of treatments and massages, facilities in a natural tribal site, authentic modern Nordic cuisine, a walking trail, activities along the Milles-Îles river, and above all the thermal plan whose benefits are highly recognized have made this place a benefit for health.
The site offers hot, cold baths, steam bath, dry sauna and a four-season solarium. The large swimming pool with a waterfall is open during the summer. The alternation between hot and cold brings many benefits for the body, in particular the relief of muscular tensions, as well as the improvement of blood circulation.

Terms of Access
Offering a smoke-free environment, the site is reserved for our customers aged 14 and over.
Teenagers between the ages of 14 and 17 must be accompanied by an adult (2/1 ratio).
Please note that access to the site will be refused:
- People with infections or skin lesions;
- To people not wearing a classic swimsuit (moral standards);
- No food and drink are allowed on site. Only bottled water is allowed (closed and unbreakable container).

No outside food is accepted. Our restaurant l'Accalmie is available every day
Massages
Please arrive 15 minutes before the time of your care. The insurance receipt will be issued to the cost of massage and will be done with the name of the person receiving the massage.
Accommodation
When you stay at Oasis, your room keys will be given to you at 3:00 p.m. and you must vacate the room the day of your departure at 12:00 p.m. The locker rooms can be used before or after at no additional cost to optimize your spa experience. For any additional questions or for a reservation, please contact the reception at (450) 472-0263 every day from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
